1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will begin processing the following business day.

You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched from our facility,

Domestic Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping across India.

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Packaging & Safety
Every The Blueberry Co. kit is securely packed in specialized boxes with protective layers to ensure the press-on nails, liquid glue, and accessories arrive in perfect condition.

In the rare event that the liquid glue leaks during transit, please refer to our Terms & Conditions regarding damage claims.

5. Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address, including the PIN code and phone number, is 100% accurate. If you have any alternate no. kindly add it for smooth experience.

The Blueberry Co. is not responsible for non-delivery or shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

If a shipment is returned to us (RTO) due to an incomplete address or the customer being unavailable after multiple attempts, a re-shipping fee will apply to send the package again.

6. International Shipping
Currently, The Blueberry Co. only ships within India. We are working on bringing our designs to international customers soon!
