Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in the quality of our products. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are strictly limited to cases where the product is received in a damaged condition. To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 48 Hours of the product delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Verification: All return requests are subject to expert verification. Our team will inspect the reported damage (via provided photos/videos or physical inspection) to confirm the defect before a return is authorized.
  • 2. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Products showing signs of use or wear and tear.
  • Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, sale items, and gift cards.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our experts, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment or bank account within 7-10 working days.
  • Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund amount credited to you will be the total order value minus the initial shipping costs incurred during dispatch.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To report a damaged product, please contact our support team within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic/video evidence of the damage.

5. Special Clauses

  • Damaged / Wrong Product
    If you receive a damaged, defective, leaked, broken, or incorrect nail art product, we will cover the exchange shipping cost. However, the claim will only be accepted with a proper unboxing video.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement
    An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damaged, defective, missing, leaked, broken, or incorrect item. The video should clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, and product condition after opening.
  • Hygiene & Safety Policy
    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened nail art products such as nail paints, gels, removers, tools, brushes, stickers, press-on nails, nail extensions, and accessories may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our expert verification standards or falls outside the 5-day eligibility period.
